Central Cardones of International Power Services has concluded the training course carried out under the agreement signed with Club Adulto Mayor Sayem as part of the Entrepreneurship Program for the women members of the organization.
We continue implementing this program, which promotes entrepreneurship in the city of Copiapó. Through this initiative, participants acquire specialized knowledge and skills that will enable them to expand their job opportunities and improve their quality of life.
This project is part of Central Cardones’ commitment to local institutions in Copiapó and to the social and economic development of the community. Collaboration among these entities is key to carrying out this entrepreneurial training, which responds to the need to strengthen local businesses for municipal and community development.
During today’s meeting, the importance of education and training as drivers of change and growth was highlighted. It was emphasized that programs like this not only empower participants on a personal and professional level, but also contribute to sustainable development and the strengthening of the local economy.
From IPS Energy, we deeply value the participation and commitment of each beneficiary, and we reaffirm our purpose of continuing to promote initiatives that foster training, inclusion, and the creation of new opportunities for the communities where we operate.
We are convinced that by working together, we can achieve a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives and on the community of Copiapó.
