TRAINING PROGRAM – CLOSING OF THE DECOUPAGE HANDICRAFTS COURSE

With a positive evaluation from its participants, the decoupage handicrafts course aimed at women from the town of Charrúa has concluded. This initiative was carried out in the area where Central Yungay of International Power Services operates. The main objective of the training was to provide practical and creative tools to help participants enhance their skills and open new opportunities for entrepreneurship.

During the course, participants learned various decoupage techniques applied to different types of objects, strengthening their creativity, craftsmanship, and the design of value-added products. This training experience not only fostered technical learning, but also promoted spaces for connection, collaboration, and mutual support among the women of the community.

The initiative seeks to ensure that the knowledge acquired contributes to the personal and economic development of the participants, providing them with practical tools to start or strengthen their businesses, generate income, and improve their economic autonomy.

This course is part of the community engagement actions promoted by International Power Services through Central Yungay, reaffirming its commitment to local development, the empowerment of women, and the promotion of projects that contribute to the sustainable growth of the communities where the company operates.
